I'm a lifelong creative, musician, healer, and joyful wanderer of the mystical realms.

 

In the summer of 2020, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of blood cancer. That chapter brought many lessons, but one message rose above them all — whispered in dreams, meditations, and even from the lips of strangers:​ “Just Be.”

 

This became my mantra, my medicine, and eventually, the name of this space — just-be.uk.

 

I was always called “Jo Bee” by my mum as a child, so when my inner guide echoed that loving nickname, it felt like a full-circle moment — a reminder to return to my essence: creative, curious, and deeply connected.

 

This site is my way of weaving together all the threads of who I am and what I love — creating art, making music, communing with spirit, and sharing ways for others to slow down, reconnect, and Just Be.
